History of Door County Sauces

Door County Sauces was founded by Terry and Tammy Bork in the fall of 2007. Terry had been interested in creating his own hot sauce for years.  Then, in 2007, the couple finally found a recipe with the flavor and heat that they’re proud to call their own.

The Borks are sticklers when it comes to the ingredients that make up their products and only use the freshest, finest ingredients available. They’re honored to be using Door County wine and cherries from Lautenbach’s Orchards in their products.

Our current products include Death's Door BBQ Sauce, Death's Door Flaming Pepper Hot Sauce, Spicy Door County Cherry Passion Sauce and Door County Cherry Wine Vinaigrette.
